About Us
Home Once More is locally owned and operated by Jason & Amanda Teter of Findlay, OH. Home Once More came to be after successfully starting and operating our other apparel resale stores - Once Upon A Child, Platos Closet and Style Encore. We realized the need for a similar style of store specifically for your home and thus Home Once More was born. For over 13 years our resale stores have greatly impacted Hancock county and the surrounding communities. We employ over 60 local residents and buy 95% of our inventory from you- our customers! We love that we are able to put money back in your pocket instead of big companies or overseas manufacturers. Last year, we paid out over 1 million dollars to our loyal customers. Those are dollars that go right back into our local economy! We hope to keep growing our resale stores so they can continue to directly impact Findlay and the surrounding communities!

FAQ
Do you provide shipping or delivery?
At this time we are in-store pick up only. If you purchase an item online on our website or social media sites they will need to be picked up within 24 hours.
How do I return an item?
Items may be returned only if they are in original condition. You have 10 days if original tag is attached and receipt of purchase is present to return or exchange an item. .
Do I have to accept the quote being offered for my items?
Selling your items is totally your choice. You can ask to know the specific amount offered for any item we are offering to purchase. You may remove individual items from your quote or even chose not to sell any of your items at this time. It is totally your decision.
Can I bring in large furniture?
We do buy large pieces of furniture. If you are unsure if we would be able to buy your item, it is recommended that you take a picture of it and send to us before bringing it in. Pictures can be emailed to us at sales@homeoncemore.com or you can private message us thru our facebook page at www.Facebook.com/HomeOnceMore . We can then let you know if it is an item we would be interested in purchasing.. .
When will I get paid for my items?
We pay you the same day you bring your items in. How many customers are in front of you will determine the time it takes to quote you on your items. We will have you sign into our kiosk and it will give you an estimated wait time. You can shop around our store and wait or run some errands and return later as you will receive a text message as soon as your quote is ready. This is a same day process so we need you to pick up your pay out as well as any items we are unable to purchase the same day you drop off.
